Itheons ("we", "us", "our") provides hyperlocal weather forecasting through our mobile applications, web interfaces, and API. Our registered address is 2238 Heather Sees Way, Welch, Oklahoma 74369, United States.
2. What we collect
- Location data — coordinates you request forecasts for, with your explicit permission.
- Device telemetry — model, OS version, app version, crash traces, aggregated for reliability.
- Account information — email, name, and organization when you create an account.
- Usage analytics — which features you use and how often, aggregated and anonymized.
3. What we never collect
- Continuous background location without a foreground alert session.
- Contact lists, photos, or other device content unrelated to forecasting.
- Biometric data of any kind.
4. How we use your data
We use your data solely to deliver the forecasts you request, to improve the accuracy of our models, and to operate the Itheons service. We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers.
5. Data retention
Location queries are retained in aggregated, anonymized form for up to 24 months for model training. Personally identifiable data is deleted within 30 days of account closure, except where retention is required by law.

7. International transfers
Itheons data is processed on edge nodes in the region closest to the user. Cross-region transfers, where required for service operation, are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
8. Changes to this policy
We'll notify you of material changes through the app and email at least 30 days before they take effect. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
